One of my all-time favorite Chevelle's. This one is a true beauty. If it was me doing a frame off, I would have crammed in an LS-6 or at least a fire breathing 427.

The 396 was never distinguished as a power plant, IMO. Still- a gorgeous car with a stick no less- those were rare even back in the day.
That is a really nice restoration, the black suits the car perfectly and the red on the interior give a touch of colour to the car, beautifully done.
